   the possible HBK forced heel turn could actually be a great storyline. to clairfy when i say a "forced heel turn" i mean the storyline uses a scapegoat reason to turn heel. hbk will either be jbl's manager while jbl goes for a title opporunity, jbl's tag partner in a quest for tag team gold, or hbk will just the whipping boy/paid servant for jbl. the economic downfall gimmick is kind of a cheapshot  but alot of people relate to it all too well. the storyline could probably last till royal rumble or WM25 

   with tonights beatdown of john cena, randy orton will probably get the next shot at john cena. jericho's complaining and whining about the fans is starting to get old quickly and a randy orton led priceless faction and reuniting of CTC could be a good storyline to go into the royal rumble

well i have been playing rock band two for a while now and i dont see much new features on it except for the new songs...which is cool cause new songs is what we need in the game...new songs dont only futher our skills in the guitar and drums but as well in my vocals too....well its just my opinion so let me know if anyone else fells the same.

Has any other members in the site so far played to new assassins creed....I played it and if you like sword games like dynasty warriors you are going to love assassins creed all though there isnt as much action because it is more based on killer instinct and element of suprise....so if you havent played it maybe you should rent it i think you will like it and eventually buy it...

Okay, you have heard of girls night out, you have heard of boy toys, and mines bigger than yours.   Now we have a new inquisitive action to take place onthe social network onrequest.  It is desegregateville ops.

Noticing that there were so few males to females in perspective to these elements.   We as a commuity are probably wondering why there are nearly all women in this collection of beautiful art and artists.   Although the staff are majority men, wher eare the others.   I was starting to think that this was a womens college, and I was the professor.   Except whoa..... Look I am not saying that your a pimp, or a sex for money organization, but making desegregation amongst gender a real thing is something that you need to have, plus it keeps you from being eaten alive by an act of violence in a media area.

For those of us who never lost our childhood love for the man (legend?) they call Santa Claus, the film Stalking Santa may be the perfect gift this Christmas. Shot as a mockumentary ala This Is Spinal Tap, the poker-faced wit appeals to adults of any level, and the film might even be ideal for children questioning whether or not the phenomenon of Old St. Nick is real.

Directed by Greg Kiefer, Stalking Santa chronicles the quest of self-proclaimed "Santatologist" Dr. Lloyd Darrow, a man so obsessed with discovering the truth about Santa Claus that he's willing to risk the respect of his family, harassment from the government, and his own personal safety (especially when dealing with fake mall Santas). His search brings forth knowledge of ancient hieroglyphics portraying a large man in a red suit, a bizarre cover-up involving the Roswell crash and its effects on the Town Center Shopping Plaza in Polka City, OH, amongst many others. Narrated by William Shatner, the films plays out like a documentary on the Discovery Channel, only much funnier.

A moment comes when Darrow questions the identity of a man whom he believes to be an elf. By studying photographs, he comes to the conclusion that the mystery man's once pointy ears could have been surgically removed in order to make him blend in as a regular member of society. "Could they have been snipped off? Do you have records of that?" he asks a doctor over the phone. "Oh yeah, I'm quite serious" he adds before waiting a few seconds to hang up the phone.

It's just one example of the sweet but natural humor filling the duration of the film. Darrow's obsession with Santa Claus draws on a youthful spirit that children can identify with, and his seemingly real encounters with ordinary people could trick kids into thinking it's a real documentary. i was pretty skeptical about buying the wii fit until i was at the mall the other day and they had it in the center  with a live demo so i went down and gave it a try...I am a grown adult and i would just like to say you can break a mean  sweat and have alot of fun at the same time....i would recommend this to anyone who wants to shed a few pounds in the privacy of there own home....and if you have a family you can have a fun family game.

You know I look so forward to Monday and Fridays I love it so much it's pretty much all I think about The excitement and anticipation and the fact that I get to see my favorite superstars is what keeps me watching but when I see things like I saw tonight like the whole HBK,JBL thing makes me upset cause many of us get our hopes up for DX to return will that happen, and we all know Shawn is a christian as am I and we know that all we need it to turn to god and JBL is far from god so I hope Shawn does not decide to take that big ****es offer and if he is in financial trouble turn to God. And what is up with no one helping John Cena Vince admitted that cena has made wwe what it is right now and no one wants to help him when he was in trouble where was Cryme Time it seems that no one ever helps him he is my husband ( LOL JK!!!! I WISH!!!!) I am sorry but you have to admit he is the heart and soul of Monday nights right now and when he is gone Raw is NOT the same any way of  course these are just my opinions I dont expect everyone to agree although I may not understand why they dont I dont expect it thank you everyone. For as long as most of us can remember, somehow Santa Claus and St. Nicholas have been synonymous terms. What few of us realize; however, is that jolly 'ol St. Nick actually came first.  He is directly connected with the pre-Christmas, holiday season of Advent. "Huh?" you asked? Get ready to be enlightened.

Advent begins four Sundays before Christmas, making it fall somewhere between November 27 and December 3. Amongst Christians, the season marks a period in which they are to prepare for the 2nd coming of Christ.  According to the St. Nicholas Center:

Advent is the time when people of faith are most at odds with the culture. The church calls people to focus on getting ready to receive Christ—preparing hearts and lives to make room for Jesus, to live as he would have us live. It is a time of longing, not fulfillment. Quiet reflection, not celebration. The culture, however, is already in a time of festivity, unable or unwilling, to wait and contemplate and prepare for the real festival. It is not easy to observe Advent without being pulled prematurely into Christmas. 

St. Nicholas's relevance to all this comes from the fact that he originally kick-started Advent with a joyous feast. Often portrayed as a friendly man in red clothes and a white beard, St. Nicholas lived the examples provided by Christ by giving gifts of nurture and love on his day of December 6. His spirit is to provide others with some food for thought on how they should live their lives.  Christians are to, essentially, meditate on ideas of caring and sharing before Christ arrives so they can accept Him as one with them.

For non-Christians, the idea of Advent can be applied to various other occasions in life. It is a time to realize that while waiting for something extraordinary to happen, extraordinary things are still going on around us as we wait. Christmas is not a day in which we put our blinders on for the weeks before it in hopes of getting to it quicker. Every single day is special, and it's always the right time to consider others before ourselves

i went and bought call of duty world at war yesterday and when i got home i opened it and put it in my ps3 which i began playing oh and by the way i really dont play the game i play online only...so far i am doing pretty good the longest killing streak i had so far is 18 which is pretty good since in this game there seems to be alot more action and then in some stages there seems to be alot more hiding and that i do not like its a war go out and kill people do not hide like a little bit_h...overall i think COD world at war is a pretty good game but it doesnt add up to COD4 but it is nice to play different stages and with new guns...Any one else play this game yet....if so reply to me...

La nabidad es una fecha para conpartir, alegrias conlas personas mas sercanas alas que quieres esta nabidad da todo sin esperar nada acanbio pasala bien con tu familia con amigos y regala una sonrisa que eso no cuesta.

Con el paso del tiempo me he dado cuenta que muchas personas (principalmente mujeres) hacen creer a los demás que en realidad no les importa tener sus grasitas de más pues dicen "el que me quiere a mi, me quiere como sea", pero en realidad esas personas sí desean mejorar su físico, solo se auto-consuelan para no sentirse mal. Lo malo de este caso es que solo les importa bajar la bariguita por verse mejor y no por mejorar la salud lo cual es más importante.
Hay muchísimos errores que la gente comete intentando de bajar la barriga que ovbiamente no llegan a su objetivo. Estos son algunos consejos escritos en http://zabeton.blogspot.com  para que puedas bajar esas grasas poco a poco.

1.No te desesperes. La gente tiende a desesperarse cuando empiezan una dieta o van al gimnasio por primera vez; esto se basa en consistencia y empeño, no crea que en un mes va a ver mucha diferencia en su cuerpo. Los ejercicios son un estilo de vida, no una moda. Asi que tómelo con tranquilidad por favor.

2.Haga los ejercicios indicados para su objetivo. Algo que veo a diario en el gym son personas que imitan todos los ejercicios del otro solo porque el otro/a está fuerte, temendo ERROR! Hable con el entrenador y dígale lo que usted quiere o debe mejorar y haga los ejercicios que se acomoden a lo que usted quiere.

3.Deje los abdominales para después. Los abdominales no funcionan bien para las personas con mucha barriga, aunque fortalecen los músculos interiores (cuadritos) si usted no elimina esa grasa de más, nunca los verá, lo digo por experiencia. Aunque usted haga 500 abdominales diarios no importará si no baja la barriga. Así que invierta su tiempo en otro ejercicio.

4.Haga mas ejercicios cardiovasculares. Corra mucho, almenos 10 minutos en los primeros días, y valla aumentando la velocidad y distancia segun su experiencia. Haga mucha bicicleta, aeróbicos, kick boxer lo que sea que ponga a trabajar el corazón, esto le ayudará a quemar muchísimas calorias y por lógica bajará esa barriga. NOTA: no crea que es solo bajará grasas en un lugar específico, en realidad el efecto se siente en todo el cuerpo, OK!

5. Haga dieta moderadamente y transfórmelo en un estilo de vida. NO PASE HAMBRE, pues lo que va hacer es enfermarse. Lo recomendable es comer cantidades más pequeñas de comidas y en mas veces al día, o sea, en vez de comer  3 veces al día, que sean 5 comidas pero más pequeñas. Evite las grasas saturadas excesivas y coma lo más saludable que su bolsillo aguante.
Después de las 7:00 PM, no coma pesado (a menos que haga ejercicio de noche) controle su boca a esas horas, pues su metabolismo es mucho más lento y almacena mas grasas, y si se va a acostar peor aún, la digestión se pone bien lenta y eso no es bueno.

6. Duerma suficiente. Si su estilo de vida se lo permite, duerma al menos 7 horas al día y en el mismo horario siempre, pues esto le ayuda a mantenerse saludable y con ánimos para hacer todos los ejercicios que necesita y las cosas normales de su vida. No se trasnoche mucho si no vale la pena.

7. Cuidado con el alcohol. Beba socialmente, pero sea moderado con su alcoholímetro. Todo ese alcohol permanente en su sistema no le permitirá un metabolismo bueno y mucho menos un buen desempeño de sus actividades. Además lo que se ahorra en bebidas lo puede usar para otras cosas, como:

8. Si quiere, use algun quemador de grasa para ayudarse. Hay muchisimos tipos de quemadores de grasas, los cuales funcionan según tu metabolismo. Se ha comprobado que ayudan bastante a quemar esas grasas de más, pero debes hablar con tu médico para saber los efectos del mismo. Hay mucha información de estos productos en internet, asi que infórmate y cómpralos, si puedes. Gracias.
